1. Acceptance
By using Delta Efficiency, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
Fleet cost analysis and advisory on a 45% performance fee model.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices issued monthly based on verified savings. Payment due within 30 days.
4. Data Accuracy
You are responsible for accuracy of data entered. Delta Efficiency is not liable for analysis based on inaccurate data.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties keep proprietary information confidential. This survives termination.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Verified fees remain payable.
7. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes resolved by arbitration in Accra.
