1. Who We Are

Delta Efficiency Limited is a fleet cost advisory firm registered in Ghana. We operate the website dell-lube.com and all associated digital services. For data protection purposes, we are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it. This includes:

  • Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, message)
  • Fleet diagnostic form submissions (organisation name, fleet size, cost data)
  • Booking form submissions (name, email, phone, preferred date)
  • Email newsletter subscriptions (email address only)
  • Account registration data for portal users (name, email, organisation)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or diagnostic submission
  • Deliver the free vehicle cost scan report
  • Arrange and conduct advisory engagements
  • Send requested email communications
  • Fulfil contractual obligations under signed agreements

We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or third-party marketing.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except: (a) where required by Ghanaian law or lawful authority; (b) with data processors acting on our behalf under confidentiality agreements (e.g. email service providers); or (c) with your explicit written consent.

Fleet cost data shared with us during an engagement is governed by the Mutual NDA and Data Processing Agreement signed at the start of every engagement.

5. Data Retention

Contact and diagnostic form data is retained for 24 months from submission, or for the duration of an active engagement plus 5 years post-engagement under the Mutual NDA. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure server infrastructure. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

Under the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
