Free Diagnostic
We review your fleet data across all six categories and send written findings with an estimated savings range. No charge, no commitment required.
Signed Cost Baseline
A formal baseline document, signed by both parties, becomes the sole reference point for calculating savings going forward. Never projections.
Implementation
We do the work on-site or remotely — supplier negotiations, maintenance scheduling, procurement controls, driver programmes — whichever categories apply.
Verification & Reporting
Actual costs are checked against the baseline and signed off by your finance team before we invoice. Ongoing Advisory clients also receive a monthly intelligence report.
Every engagement is governed by 10 signed legal documents — all reviewed for Ghana law compliance.
