About Delta Efficiency
A Ghanaian operational cost advisory firm — built for the businesses that global firms overlook.
Why we exist
We started Delta Efficiency because we kept seeing the same problem.
Businesses across Ghana — mining companies, logistics operators, manufacturers, government institutions — were spending more on operations than they needed to. Not because of bad management. Not because of bad intentions. Because the systems, the data, and the specialist attention required to find and fix operational cost waste had never been within reach for the companies that needed them most.
The large multinationals had McKinsey. The North American fleet operators had Element Fleet. The technology companies had Samsara.
The mid-size mining contractor in the Western Region. The logistics company running 60 trucks out of Accra. The government institution with 80 vehicles and a maintenance budget that never quite made sense. Nobody was serving them — not with the depth, the local knowledge, and the accountability that the problem demands.
That is why Delta Efficiency exists.
What we do
We are a Ghanaian operational cost advisory firm. We work with asset-heavy businesses — companies running fleets, machinery, and logistics operations — to identify, recover, and sustain cost savings across six categories: fuel and lubricants, maintenance and repairs, fleet insurance, parts and procurement, telematics and technology, and the human factor costs that rarely appear on any budget line until it is too late.
Our model is straightforward and, we believe, the only honest way to do this work: we charge nothing upfront. Our fee is 30–45% of verified savings — savings documented by your own invoices, confirmed by your own finance team, and signed off before we issue a single invoice. If we do not save you money, we do not get paid.
An honest statement
We are a new business. We will not pretend otherwise. What we bring is not a track record of completed engagements — not yet. What we bring is a methodology built on published industry research, documented best practices from the global fleet management sector, and a deep understanding of the operational realities specific to Ghana: the fuel pricing dynamics, the supplier market structures, the local insurance environment, and the infrastructure conditions that make global solutions inadequate for local operations.
We are building this business on the conviction that transparency, rigour, and genuine accountability for results will earn the trust that a new firm can only earn one client at a time.
If you manage operational costs and you are willing to have an honest conversation about where the money is going — we are ready to have it.
Our Vision
To become West Africa's most trusted operational cost advisory firm — the partner that asset-heavy businesses turn to when they are serious about running their operations at what they actually should cost.
Our Mission
To find, recover, and sustain operational cost savings for Ghanaian and West African businesses — on a performance basis, with full transparency, and with the local expertise that global firms cannot provide — so that the businesses we serve keep more of what they earn.
Our Core Values
Confidentiality
Everything you share with us — your cost data, your supplier contracts, your operational vulnerabilities, your financial position — stays between us. We will never disclose client information to a third party without explicit written consent. We will never use one client's proprietary data to inform another client's engagement. Confidentiality is not a policy we enforce. It is a professional obligation we treat as non-negotiable.
Performance accountability
We do not charge for effort. We charge for results. Our fee structure is designed to align our interests entirely with yours — if your costs do not go down, our invoice does not go out. This is not a marketing position. It is the commercial foundation of everything we do.
Intellectual honesty
We will tell you what the data shows — including when the findings are uncomfortable, when the savings are smaller than projected, or when the root cause of a problem sits inside the organisation rather than with an external supplier. We will not shape findings to protect a relationship or to justify a fee. You hired us for the truth. We will give it to you.
Rigour
Our methodology is grounded in published industry research, documented benchmarks, and verified data. We do not estimate when we can measure. We do not assert when we can prove. Every savings figure we present is traceable to a source document you can verify independently.
Local expertise
We understand Ghana. We understand the fuel distribution market, the insurance landscape, the parts supply chains, the road conditions, and the regulatory environment that shapes operational costs here. Global frameworks applied without local context produce recommendations that look right on paper and fail in practice. Our work is built for the market we operate in.
Respect
We treat our clients, their teams, and their data with the respect that a trusted advisor owes. We do not embarrass the operations teams whose costs we are improving. We do not take credit that belongs to the people inside the organisation who implement what we recommend. We are a partner, not an inspector.
