Baseline Sign-off
Both parties sign the cost baseline. This document is the sole reference point for every future savings claim. No baseline means no invoice — ever.

Implementation
We implement approved changes, negotiate with suppliers on your behalf, coach drivers, and monitor costs monthly against the signed baseline.
Stage 05
Verify & Invoice
Each month we issue a Savings Verification Certificate. Our invoice follows only after your finance director countersigns the verified saving figure.

How long does the diagnostic take?
The initial form takes 3 minutes. We review it within 24 hours. The full data review takes 2-3 weeks depending on how quickly your records can be shared securely.
What if you find nothing?
You owe us nothing. No retainer, no kill fee, no invoice of any kind. We absorb the time cost. This is why we only take on engagements where we genuinely believe savings exist.
Do you have supplier relationships that bias your recommendations?
No. We earn zero commission from any supplier we recommend. Our only revenue is a percentage of verified savings. This is contractually stated in our Engagement Agreement.
What size fleet qualifies?
Any organisation with 2 or more vehicles. We work with NGOs, schools, logistics companies, construction firms, government agencies, and large corporates across Ghana.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. A mutual NDA is signed before any data is shared. The agreement provides 5 years of post-engagement confidentiality and is compliant with the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012.
