Frequently Asked Questions

How does the performance fee actually work?
The fee is tiered by your fleet size: 45% for 5–20 vehicles, 35% for 21–50, 25% for 51–100, and 20% for 100+ vehicles. Your rate is determined at baseline signing and written into the engagement agreement. Project-Based clients receive one invoice after savings are verified. Ongoing Advisory clients are invoiced each billing period, in addition to their platform subscription fee.
What is the platform subscription fee?
The monthly platform fee covers your reporting dashboard, monitoring tools, and intelligence reports only — it is not a retainer for advisory work. Advisory work is billed separately via the performance fee, which only applies when savings are verified.
What if we don't save anything?
You don't pay a performance fee. It's calculated only on savings we can verify against your signed baseline. Ongoing Advisory clients still pay the platform subscription, since that covers the monitoring and reporting tools — but the performance fee is fully contingent on results.
How long until we see results?
Most clients see measurable savings within 60–90 days of implementation, depending on which categories apply and how quickly supplier negotiations close.
What does the free scan include?
A short questionnaire that generates an estimated savings range and identifies your top leaking categories. It's a starting estimate, not a verified figure — the signed baseline is what we use for actual billing.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Project-Based engagements are one-off by design. Ongoing Advisory plans run on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly) without a separate lock-in period — cancel at any billing cycle boundary.
